Irish university study discusses distress and physical health symptoms post-abortion

Researchers at the University of Limerick have conducted a study that looks at the women who have had an abortion and those who feel stigmatised afterwards.

The study found that women who feel stigmatised after an abortion experience ''increased psychological distress and physical health symptoms''.
