April 16 2018, The Times
The 122,000 people who have become 18 since the last general election have been urged to ensure that they are registered to vote in the abortion referendum.
The National Youth Council of Ireland and the Union of Students in Ireland (USI) have called on young people to check the register before the May 8 deadline. The USI will be running voter registration drives on college campuses to register students.
